SPACE CHANGE REQUESTS

To request a change in location or additional booth space, a Space Change Request Form (available online) must be completed and submitted. Requests will only be considered after available space has been confirmed. All requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and only if the following conditions are met:

  • A signed agreement is on file; and
  • A deposit (50% or full) has been received.

Requests that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for changes.

All space change requests will be reviewed by the Commercial Exhibits Coordinator and any other relevant Fair staff. In the event that booth space must be changed, eliminated, or reconfigured for any reason, the Commercial Exhibits Committee reserves the right to reassign the Exhibitor’s space as deemed necessary and appropriate.[BJ1]
