- Feb 15 ~ First half payment & signed agreement due
- Feb 16 ~ Change Request Application opens
March
- Mar 2 ~ Late fees applied
- March 5 ~ Cancellation notices sent out
May
- May 8 ~ Tasty Tuesday application due
- May 8 ~ Shop til You Drop application due
July
- July 1 ~ Concession Menus Due
  No changes allowed after this date (submit updates via Menu Items attachment)
- July 1 ~ Last day to cancel to receive full refund minus $100 processing fee
- July 1 ~ Apply for “Special Event” Sales Tax Clearance Certificate
- July 15 ~ Second half payment due
- July 15 ~ Last day to cancel and receive ½ refund minus $100 processing fee
- July 22 ~ Late fees applied to past-due second half payments
- July 31 ~ Exhibitor Items List Due - no changes allowed after this date
August
- Aug 1 ~ Final date for Drawing, Giveaway & Special Activity Applications
- Aug 15 ~ Advance Gate Ticket Orders due
- Aug 15 ~ Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) due for Fair dates
- Aug 15 ~ Concession Menu Prices due
- Aug 24 ~ Credential pickup begins (if all documents are on file)
- Aug 28 ~ Outside Exhibitors may begin display set-up
September
- Sept 7 – Inside exhibitors begin set-up - Buildings open 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Sept 8, 9, 10 ~ Exhibit buildings open for set-up – Buildings open 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Sept 11–20 ~🎡 2026 Kansas State Fair
- Sept 21–25 ~ Fair Office open 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Sept 22 ~ Inside Exhibitor booths must be fully removed
- Sept 24 ~ Outside Exhibitor booths must be fully removed
