If you are a commercial vendor looking to request a booth location change or additional space at the Kansas State Fair, please complete the Space Change Request Form, available exclusively online. All requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and will only be considered once available space has been confirmed.

Eligibility Requirements

• A signed agreement is on file; and
• A deposit (50% or full) has been received.

Requests that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for changes.

While every effort is made to accommodate vendor needs, submitting a request does not guarantee approval, as space availability and other vendors are considered.

All change requests will be reviewed by the Commercial Exhibits Department and any necessary Fair Staff.

In the event that booth space must be changed, eliminated, or reconfigured for any reason, the Commercial Exhibits Committee reserves the right to reassign the Exhibitor’s space as deemed necessary and appropriate.
