The Education Center at the Kansas State Fair will be visiting different schools across Kansas to spread the word about our School Art Exhibits for 2026, highlighting the 250th anniversary of America. During our time in your classroom, we will talk about American history, play Kansas themed games, and the most importantly, create a piece of art that students can then enter into the 2026 School Art Competition. There is no cost for your classroom visit, just provide the supplies needed for the art project the students will be making. For more information or to check availability, email melissa.blake@ks.gov.
