Exhibitors and Concessionaires should plan to pick up their credentials beginning August 24, 2026, from the Commercial Exhibits Department, located in the northwest corner of the Administration Building - unless you have paid to have them mailed in advance. At the time of pickup, Exhibitors must have the following on file: a signed Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement, payment in full, a valid Certificate of Insurance, and a “Special Events” Tax Clearance Letter. Any Exhibitor who has not submitted all required items must provide the missing documents and/or payment (including any applicable late fees) before credentials are issued. It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that all required materials are received by our office by specified due dates.
Beginning September 7, 2026, any indoor Exhibitor, who has all required documents on file with the Commercial Exhibits Department should see their Building Manager for credential pickup.
Exhibitors may request to have their credentials mailed for a $20 handling fee, payable to the Commercial Exhibits Department. To request this service, contact the Commercial Exhibits Office or complete the Credential Mailing Request Form, available online at www.kansasstatefair.gov. Payment must accompany the request. All required documents—including a valid Certificate of Insurance, signed Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement, special events sales tax clearance letter, and any applicable payments—must be on file before credential packets can be mailed.
Credentials will be mailed by Certified Mail to ensure proper delivery. The mailing fee will be added to each year’s Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement unless our office is notified that you no longer wish to use this service. If you wish to discontinue the mailing service, please contact our office at (620) 669-3606 or indicate the change on your Agreement when returning it.
Requests for mailed credentials must be received by August 1, 2026, and no credentials will be mailed after August 15, 2026. Any re-issuance after that date will be at the Exhibitor’s expense.
