Credentials Pick Up Process

Important: Credential packets will NOT be mailed unless specifically requested (see “Mailing Requests” below). All Exhibitors and Concessionaires must plan to pick up their credentials beginning August 24, 2026, in the Commercial Exhibits Department Office, located in the northwest corner of the Administration Building.

Before credentials can be issued, each Exhibitor must have on file:

  • A signed License Agreement
  • A “Special Events” Tax Clearance Letter
  • A valid Certificate of Insurance
  • Full payment of all fees

Any Exhibitor missing any of the above items must provide the required documents and/or payment (including any applicable late fees) before credentials will be issued. It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor and Concessionaire to ensure that all required documents are received by our office.


After Labor Day

Following Labor Day, any indoor Exhibitor who has submitted all required paperwork and payments should contact their Building Manager for credential pickup.


Mailing Requests

Exhibitors may request to have their credentials mailed for a $20 handling fee, payable to the Commercial Exhibits Department.
To request this service:

  1. Complete the Credential Mailing Request Form.
  2. Submit the form with payment by August 1, 2026.
    • No credentials will be mailed after August 15, 2026.
  3. Send both the form and payment to the Commercial Exhibits Department.

All required documents (License Agreement, Tax Clearance Letter, Certificate of Insurance, payments, etc.) must be on file before credential packets will be mailed.

Note:

  • Roving Vehicle Hangtags will not be mailed. They must be picked up in person in the Commercial Exhibits Department to sign the Roving Vehicle Agreement.
  • Credentials sent by mail will be delivered via Certified Mail with Return Receipt to ensure secure delivery.
  • Exhibitors who request mailed credentials will see this $20 handling fee added to their next year’s Agreement.

If you no longer wish to use the mailing service, please contact (620) 669-3606 to request the change or note it on your next Agreement when returning it to our office.

Requests for mailed credentials will not be accepted after August 1, and no credentials will be mailed after August 15. Any re-issuance of credentials will be at the Exhibitor’s expense.
