Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement: Renewal and Space Change Procedures
An Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement to participate in the current Kansas State Fair does not guarantee the Exhibitor will be granted space in the following year’s Fair. The Fair reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline entering into an Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement with any Exhibitor if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Fair and its patrons.
Exhibitor Space Rental Agreements are issued annually in January, and are generally based on the same company or individual, same location, and same products/items as the previous year.
To request a change in location or additional booth space, a Space Change Request Form (available online) must be completed and submitted. Requests will only be considered after available space has been confirmed. All requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and only if the following conditions are met:
- A signed agreement is on file; and
- A deposit (50% or full) has been received.
Requests that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for changes.
All space change requests will be reviewed by the Commercial Exhibits Coordinator and any other relevant Fair staff. In the event that booth space must be changed, eliminated, or reconfigured for any reason, the Commercial Exhibits Committee reserves the right to reassign the Exhibitor’s space as deemed necessary and appropriate.
