ITEMS NOT ALLOWED

To maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for all exhibitors and fairgoers, the following items are restricted:

• Adhesive Stickers
  • Absolutely no type of adhesive sticker, promotional or otherwise, may be distributed on the Fairgrounds.
  • Any stickers found on Fairgrounds property or the property of another Exhibitor will be considered a violation and may result in cancellation of the Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement.
  • Exhibitors are responsible, at their own expense, for removing stickers, and removal must be completed to the satisfaction of the Fair.
• Balloons
  • Inflated or helium-filled balloons are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained.
  • Exhibitors wishing to use balloons for booth decoration, display, or advertising must submit their plan/design to the Commercial Exhibits Coordinator by August 1, 2026.
  • All balloon displays must comply with booth design rules in this manual.
  • The decision of the Commercial Exhibits Coordinator is final on balloon use.
