Exhibitors who have participated in the Kansas State Fair for 10 consecutive years, and for every 10-year milestone thereafter (i.e., 20th, 30th, 40th, etc.), are eligible for a special Longevity Award.
As a token of appreciation, qualifying Exhibitors will receive $5 off their Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement for each consecutive year of participation. For example, an Exhibitor celebrating their 10th consecutive Fair will receive $50 off; on their 40th consecutive Fair, they will receive $200 off, and so on.
**Please note: This discount is applied only during the anniversary year (e.g., 10th, 20th, 30th, etc.) and does not carry over to subsequent years.
In addition to the discount, recipients will be honored with a Longevity Certificate and a rosette ribbon to display proudly during the Fair. These awards will be formally presented during the Kansas State Fair. We sincerely appreciate the continued support of our long-term Exhibitors and are proud to recognize their ongoing commitment with this small but meaningful gesture.
