KEYS TO BUILDINGS/CONCESSION STANDS
Exhibitors that have a building or concession stand on the Fairgrounds are required to check with the Commercial Exhibits Department to ensure a key to their building(s) is on file.If not, the Exhibitor will be required to supply a key(s) to the Fair Office. At times, it becomes necessary to enter a concession, building and/or refrigeration/freezer equipment for maintenance or inspections. If Fair staff does not have a key, delays are incurred, which could result in damage to an Exhibitor’s concession or building. If an Exhibitor loses the key to a Fair-owned building, the Exhibitor will pay a $200 replacement fee. Failure to provide the Fair with proper keys could result in termination of your Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement. Exhibitors who have an exhibit in one of the Fair owned buildings are required to turn the keys in at the conclusion of the Fair. Should you need a key to your location during off season, a key may be checked out through the Administrative Office, Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.
