Two Types of Vendors
1. Commercial Vendor (Exhibitor)
- Sell or display products, including food, merchandise, rides, or attractions.
- Operate and staff your booth all 10 days, rain or shine.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
2. Service Vendor
- Provide goods or services that support Commercial Exhibitors, such as tables, chairs, tents, or supplies for concession booths.
- Applications open November 2025.
- Vendor lists are updated regularly to stay current.

Important Information
We’re excited you’re considering joining us at the Kansas State Fair! As you prepare your application, please keep the following in mind:

While we value our returning vendors, past participation does not guarantee approval for the upcoming year.

License Agreements are issued each January and are based on your previous year’s company name, location, and product offerings.

If you’d like to request changes—such as a new company name, different booth location, or additional space—please submit a Change Request Form for consideration.

Booth locations are carefully planned, and the Commercial Exhibits Committee may reassign space if needed to create the best overall experience for fairgoers.

The Fair draws large crowds (over 300,000 guests in 2026), so vendors should be prepared to serve efficiently and keep lines moving.
At the same time, being part of the Fair is more than just a booth space—it’s joining a supportive community of exhibitors, concessionaires, and staff. Many of our vendors return year after year not just for the opportunity, but for the connections, shared knowledge, and friendships built along the way.
