Two Types of Vendors
1. Commercial Vendor (Exhibitor)
- Sell or display products, including food, merchandise, rides, or attractions.
- Operate and staff your booth all 10 days, rain or shine.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
2. Service Vendor
- Provide goods or services that support Commercial Exhibitors, such as tables, chairs, tents, or supplies for concession booths.
- Applications open November 2025.
- Vendor lists are updated regularly to stay current.

Important Information
- Past participation does not guarantee approval for the next year.
- License Agreements are issued each January based on prior year company, location, and products.
- Requests to change company name, booth location, or add space must be submitted via the Change Request Form (~February 16, 2026).
- Booth space may be reassigned by the Commercial Exhibits Committee if needed.
- Vendors must be prepared to serve large numbers of guests efficiently—over 300,000 visitors attended in 2025.
- Joining the Fair means becoming part of a supportive community of exhibitors, concessionaires, and Fair staff, offering advice, feedback, and friendships year after year.
