APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2027 KANSAS STATE FAIR WILL OPEN JANUARY 19, 2027.
New vendor applications will begin being reviewed in early April, once we have a better understanding of space availability and which returning vendors will be participating. Submitting an application does not guarantee booth space.
CAUTION: All Kansas State Fair agreement communications will come directly from the Kansas State Fair Commercial Exhibits Department. We will never request payment in advance through Zelle, a bank transfer or other unofficial payment methods. If you receive a suspicious email or payment request claiming to be from the Kansas State Fair, please contact us directly at 620-669-3600, before sending any money or providing personal information.

Two Types of Vendors
1. Commercial Vendor (Exhibitor)
- Sell or display products, including food, merchandise, rides, or attractions.
- Operate and staff your booth all 10 days, rain or shine.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
2. Service Vendor
- Provide goods or services that support Commercial Exhibitors, such as tables, chairs, tents, or supplies for concession booths.
- Applications open November 2026.
- Vendor lists are updated regularly to stay current.

Important Information
We’re excited you’re considering joining us at the Kansas State Fair! As you prepare your application, please keep the following in mind:

While we value our returning vendors, past participation does not guarantee approval for the upcoming year.

License Agreements are issued each January and are based on your previous year’s company name, location, and product offerings.

If you’d like to request changes—such as a new company name, different booth location, or additional space—please submit a Change Request Form for consideration.

Booth locations are carefully planned, and the Commercial Exhibits Committee may reassign space if needed to create the best overall experience for fairgoers.

The Fair draws large crowds (over 330,954 guests in 2026), so vendors should be prepared to serve efficiently and keep lines moving.
