Registration is due September 11, 2026.

Buses will enter Lot C off of 23rd St. or Plum St., depending on arrival direction (see map). All bands will check in at registration table just outside of Gate 9 and line up on Plum Street facing south when ready to perform. Band performance schedules will be confirmed within one week of registration and posted online by September 11th. Performance times may be adjusted slightly if multiple bands request the same time, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Arena only bands with heavy equipment may request a temporary parking pass in advance to allow one vehicle to drive into the fairgrounds at gate 2. From there, larger instruments may be unloaded for the performance and then once loaded back into the vehicle, brought back to the parking area.
